Mains

Roe deer saddle wrapped in pancetta with carrot and lavender purée and fondant potato
Aberdeen angus fillet steak with new potato and oxtail terrine and morel mushroom jus
Halibut fillet with spaghetti root vegetables and a langoustine bisque
Vegetarian haggis ravioli in a minestrone sauce

 

Desserts

Spiced apple and calvados parfait with cinnamon meringue
Raspberry panna cotta with caramelised oatmeal and Drambuie sauce
Clementine mousse in a dark chocolate shell with spiced plum purée
Isle of Mull cheddar and Morangie brie with quince and fennel seed oatcakes
Filter coffee or tea with mince pie ice cream
