David Moret says that Premier Cru ‘Les Perrieres’ can almost be considered as a Grand Cru, consistently producing concentrated wines that have the ability to age. A fragrant nose of lemons, white peach and green apples. The wine has wonderful minerality, mouthwatering acidity and superb concentration.

Laurent-Perrier Rose is salmon pink colour with clean, intensely fruity flavours of fresh strawberries, raspberries and wild cherries. It is rounded and supple on the long finish which is supported by precise acidity and a medium body.

Charles Heidsieck, Rose Reserve
Coral-like in appearance, with subtle orange reflections reminiscent of antique roses. Freshly picked strawberry aromas gradually become more intense, with home-made strawberry jam and blood peach alongside rich, warm notes of gingerbread and cinnamon.

Very pale straw gold colour. On the nose you have aromas of almonds and cocoa which develop into white fruit and hints of dried flowers. On the palate it is round and mature with good weight. The taste is full and leaves you with a spicy note.

This wine is straw yellow in colour with green hues. The mousse is fine and persistent. Aromas are fresh and fruity with floral hints. The palate is soft and lively without being aggressive. Excellent as an aperitif.

Veneto, Italy

Deep ruby in colour, this wine has aromas of plums, spice and dried fruit compote, which give way to a solid tannin structure that supports and accentuates the concentrated, dried cherry fruit character. Long and spicy to the finish, with a bitter cherry-chocolate twist characteristic of food Amarone. Perfect with roasted meats, game and hard cheeses.

Intense, clear purple-red in colour, this wine offers cherry perfumes and hints of toast. On the palate it is full in body, with soft, balanced tannins and juicy red fruit on the finish.

Bright ruby-garnet in colour with an intense nose, perfumes of dark fruit and a touch of cloves with a savoury, herbal note. A vintage in which they made fruit and finesse the priority. The nose, still a little buttery, expresses lovely notes of red fruit, dark fruit, violets and light tobacco. The attack on the palate is smooth and evolves with a fresh, refined texture. Very pleasant, fruity and full-bodied character. A delicious sweetmeat. The finish is moderately long and elegant with notes of fresh fruit and vanilla.
